Plowmen have plowed my back
    and made their furrows long.
But the Lord is righteous;
    he has cut me free from the cords of the wicked.

Man I'm glad I have my heart renewed. That I don't feel a tie to the wicked ways I could be walking in. 

In my relationships, my faith, my self-direction. 

Although I don't always get it right reflecting on the ways I could be always leaves me in awe (and takes me down from the high horse I can ride on every now and then).

But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions
