Thank you for your application to PROJECT SERVE 2016.
A reminder that in order for your application to be complete, you must complete the Team Member/Parent Commitment form along with all required signatures, and either mail or drop the form off at our YFC office, along with your $200 deposit. The $200 deposit can be either cash or cheque.
*MAIL OR DROP OFF YOUR COMMITMENT FORM ALONG WITH THE $200 DEPOSIT:
We will hold the deposit until the PROJECT SERVE COMMITTEE has made their decisions regarding the status of the applications. If the COMMITTEE decides to pass on your application for this year, your deposit will be returned to you, and in the case of a personal cheque, the deposit will either be returned to you or destroyed, at your preference.
